How to Make Embellishments on Crocs ~ Women Shoes Advisory

Crocs, Inc. manufactures warm-weather foot apparel. Their most popular product is their line of Croc slipper shoes, which brought the brand to prominence. The slipper shoes are made to slip on and off easily, and are designed to be water-safe, with drain holes in the toe section of the slippers. With the use of water-safe plastic paints and other items, these holes can also be used to customize your Crocs.

Instructions

Place the Crocs inside of the box in a well-ventilated area. This will be the spraying box, which will allow you to keep from accidentally spraying anything but your Crocs.

Spray the Crocs with paint in the desired base color of your design.

Use the masking tape to shield any small portions of the Crocs you wish to retain the base color. For larger areas, cut and tape down pieces of newspaper.

Spray the Crocs with whatever additional color you wish to add. This can be repeated as desired to add as many colors as you want, as long as you are sure to tape off any areas you don't want painted the new color before spraying, and allow previous rounds to dry before putting on the masking tape.

Add details to the exterior of your Crocs using water-safe paint pens.

Add embellishment charms to your Crocs to complete the look. Embellishment charms have a design on the exterior; they clip onto the Crocs through the holes in the toes of your Crocs to a larger disk inside which is too large to fit through the hole, thus securing the embellishment charm.
