Weddings are a timeless tradition, filled with beautiful memories. Along with those memories can come some frustrations. Have you ever had to rent your bride maids shoes or buy some, in hopes of returning them due to the cost and end up with a stain? Did you receive shoes for your wedding passed down and they just need to be cleaned before you take your steps down the aisle?
If you have ever made the grave error of trying to wash satin shoes, you know how horrible this can turn out. You really have to have this professionally done unless you know the 'Do It Yourself' way about it.
It's a lot easier than you think, and the same methods professionals use on designer satin shoes!

First you are going to prep your shoe, make sure it is free of dust, or debris of any sort. Just wipe it off with a dry cloth.
2Next you are going to place your Marseille soap in warm water and mix it together. The soap has olive oil in it, which will help lift the stain. Dip the white cloth into the water, and rub gently in a circular motion on the stain or soiled area. This will bring out the stain in minutes.
3Let the shoes air dry, but not in the sun as this may fade the color. :)
Voila! You just cleaned your shoes, made them like new again and saved a ton on professional cleaning!
