Converse All Stars, or Chuck Taylors, have been around for decades. They come in various styles, including the double upper, which goes over the ankle. Decide on a color combination, or just play with color combinations. Purchase different color laces to see what you like best. Use the laces to complement your outfit. Lace your shoes using the lattice style. Feed the laces through the top of the shoe. Take one end down and across to about the fourth ring. Do the same with the opposite side. Make a diagonal line and just lace it one more below. Repeat with the other side. Do this until you have at least three strands crossing over each other.
2Wear your sneaker over a pair of skinny jeans or leggings. Lace them all the way up, and tie them at the top. Wear this look for a rock-chic look. Place the jean over the shoe if you want a completely different look.
3Wear these shoes to play sports. Pair them with white socks to keep sweat minimal, and lace them up for support.
4Rock two different shoes if you want to look a little exotic and give people the idea that you are unique. Buy a pair of red Converses and a pair of black. Wear one red shoe with black laces and one black shoe with red laces.
